It’s time to get the gang back together, and we’re talking about the whole printing community. PRINTING United Expo is coming up, and here are five reasons we’re going to Vegas (and so should you).

1. Education

PRINTING United is more than just a trade show; it’s a full-blown expo featuring, you guessed it, education. To meet the insatiable demand for education, PRINTING United will deliver multiple activations right on the show floor (no stuffy classrooms). Two notable features for the Apparel Decoration Community include:

Future State (Booth C11330)

This is not how-to; this is big-picture thinking to inspire and educate. The Future State Theater is a platform for thought-leaders from across the industry to share their insight and foresight on the future of the Decorated Apparel Industry.

Check out the line-up here.

Apparel Zone (Booth C8915)

This is the place for hands-on demonstrations, training, and education, featuring:

  • DTG
  • Screen-Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Laser
  • DTF
  • Dye-Sub
  • Transfers
  • Packaging
  • Cut-and-sew
  • and much more…

Oh yeah, and don’t forget to grab a coffee or beer and network with your peers around the Apparel Zone Café & Beer Garden.

2. Convergence

Of course, there will be so much to see for us apparel decorators at PRINTING United, from blanks to equipment, but one of the unique aspects of the expo is that it is the event where different printing communities converge. The nearly one million square feet of floor space will feature equipment, demonstrations, and new technology across the spectrum of print, from commercial to wide format, promo to industrial. This is the place to see it all, meet people from other print disciplines, and expand your horizons.

3. Connection

After nearly three years apart, it’s finally time to come together as a community. To reconnect with old friends and forge new friendships and partnerships with others. Often taken for granted, these 1:1 conversations and personal connections lead to some of the most groundbreaking moves we make in our businesses.

What’s more, the connections don’t stop on the show floor. Stoked On Printing, the premier Las Vegas decorator and friend of MADE Lab are hosting ‘ROQ The Block!’, an open house and party to be held after Day 1 of the expo. Don’t miss this opportunity to tour a top shop and hang with industry peers and pros.

It is FREE, but you have to register here!

MADE Laboratory will be at PRINTING United in force. Our exhibit hosts a live print activation by our friends Val and Eric of Night Owls, featuring BELLA+CANVAS, ROQ.US, Stampinator, Tag Bot, Matsui, and Supacolor. The whole MADE team will be there to hang out and talk shop.

5. Vegas Baby!

Tom and Seth Raging for PRINTING United

Do you miss tomahawk steaks, profuse drinking, losing money, and general shenanigans as much as we do? Let’s face it, after a few of the weirdest years of our lives behind us, it’s time to let loose. Things are back to normal, and Vegas is again Vegas. So come on out, spend time with your industry friends, meet new people, have a good time, and go home hungover.
