With over three decades of experience in the apparel decoration industry, Carleen has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, digital transformation, and strategic expansion within the STAHLS’ organization. Since becoming CEO in 2018, she has led with a focus on speed to market, digital decorating technologies, and U.S.-based manufacturing.
