Eric Henry

Eric Henry is the president of TS Designs, a pioneer in sustainable apparel committed to a transparent, domestic supply chain. After NAFTA disrupted his business in 1994, Eric redefined success around a triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit. Under his leadership, TS Designs became North Carolina’s first Certified B Corporation in apparel.

Beyond the company, Eric champions community-driven sustainability—co-founding initiatives like Burlington Beer Works and the Burlington Biodiesel Co-op. He lives his values on a permaculture farm in Snow Camp, NC, working toward a net-zero lifestyle and building resilient local systems.
