Jeremy Lott leads SanMar Corporation, the largest distributor and manufacturer of blank apparel in the promotional products industry. Known for his humble and thoughtful leadership, Jeremy has guided SanMar’s remarkable growth while fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and sustainability.

A second-generation leader, Jeremy grew up immersed in the family business founded by his father in 1971. From stuffing envelopes as a child to engaging with industry leaders at a young age, his early experiences shaped his deep understanding of the business. With degrees from Emory University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business, Jeremy brings both personal passion and strategic expertise to his role.

Since becoming CEO, Jeremy has transformed SanMar into a global powerhouse, expanding its product offerings and setting industry benchmarks in ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, and corporate culture. His commitment to empowering employees, building strong partnerships, and driving innovation has earned him widespread respect across the industry.
