Mel Lay is the Marketing Director at Allmade Apparel, a brand founded on the belief that apparel can create measurable social and economic impact. In partnership with SanMar, Allmade partners with ethical factories in Honduras, India and Pakistan and has helped generate millions of dollars in economic opportunity through responsible manufacturing along with being a leader in sustainable souring of recycled and organic materials. Beyond production, the company actively supports community initiatives, including fundraising efforts and long-term partnership with OSOVI, an orphanage in Honduras, investing directly in children and families connected to the communities where their garments are made.
